Finishing off the week with one last patch of content fixes!

Changes:
- Fixed a typo in an explanation in "The particles に and で" lesson.
- Fixed a grammatical error in the 貸 kanji flashcard mnemonic
- Mr. and Mrs. now have proper capitalization on 氏 kanji flashcard.
- Added "to" to the "to disguise" definition of 化ける
- Added "to" to the definitions of 操る
- Changed reading on ～人 flashcard to match the example sentence. Was ～じん, is now ～にん.
- Fixed incorrect highlighting on the lesson sentence お箸もらえますか？ in Unit 18's lesson
- Changed "smokey" to "smoky" in the English translations of the sentence "煙い！"
- Added "to" to the definitions of 延びる
- Added "to" to the definitions of 仕える
- Added "to" to the definitions of 濯ぐ
- Changed kanji flashcard capitalization and added "the" to 斗 kanji flashcard. Was "big dipper", is now "(the) Big Dipper"
