Fixes

Flashcards

• Flashcard counts will now eventually be consistent while learning new cards or reviewing old cardsThere are situations where the counts will temporarily be wrong if you quickly undo, redo, archive, undo, and things like that, but the system will settle to the correct number in the meantime. We are looking at ways to optimize how undoing and archiving flashcards works behind the scenes to speed these actions up.Those who have been keeping up know that we've been working on this issue for awhile but we are getting closer to where we want this system to ultimately be.

General

• Fixed an issue where the Black Friday Promotion banner was incorrectly showing up for lifetime accounts

Kana Learning

• Added a check for errors when recording whether or not a card was learned that displays a message letting the student know to refresh their page

This was added to address an issue where students would get stuck in the kana learn tool. We have added more tracking around this aspect of the system. If this happens to you, please reach out to support so that we can work together to track this issue down and get it fully fixed.

Known Issues

We are actively working on fixes for the following issues:Flashcards

• Archiving a flashcard, deleting a flashcard, or undoing a review are all slower than we would like them to be and we are working on making these actions faster.Streaks
• There is an issue where student streaks will not increase for seemingly no reason.Shadow Albums
• The interval and repeat settings for the shadow albums are not being respected by the system at this time
